Using Crosskeep
Crosskeep stores the information needed to provide your archive: account details, puzzle metadata, images you upload, and the edits you make. We use it to provide the service, keep it secure, and respond to support requests.
Your content
You can export or delete your archive from Settings. You keep ownership of your photographs, puzzle notes, and contributions. Public corpus contributions are sent only after you confirm the clue and consent to publish the listed fields.
Service boundaries
Some features require a configured database, storage provider, email service, or billing account. When one is unavailable, Crosskeep shows that state instead of presenting an action as complete.
