A little help, when you need it.

Short answers for the moments where a grid, a clue, or an import gets confusing.

How do I import a puzzle?

Open your archive, choose Add puzzle, and upload one or more clear photos. Crop and rotate each page before starting extraction.

What does extraction do?

It proposes a title, grid, clues, and answers. You review the proposal and can edit every field before saving. Extraction never replaces your original photograph.

Can I keep a barred grid?

Yes. The editor stores right and bottom bars on individual cells, so barred and blocked puzzles can share one archive.

What happens when an import conflicts?

If your puzzle changed while extraction was running, Crosskeep shows the saved revision and the imported revision side by side. Choose which fields to keep.

How do I export my archive?

Open Settings → Account → Export archive. The server prepares a downloadable file; if your account is not connected yet, the control explains what is missing.

How do I report a public clue?

Open a corpus entry and choose Report. Reports are reviewed before any change is made to the public record.

Still stuck?

We like precise questions.
