Revision that sticks
Turn satisfying solves into durable pattern recognition with short reviews.
Review near misses
The best cards are clues you almost understood: enough context to retrieve the answer, plus a parse that clarifies the mechanism. Keep fronts short and backs explicit.
Use spaced intervals
Review new cards tomorrow, then after a few days, a week, and two weeks. If you forget, bring the card back to the first interval. The schedule should support memory, not create a second job.
Practise categories
Short sessions focused on anagrams, deletions, or abbreviations build fluency quickly. Mix categories again once the operations feel automatic.
